An alternative is Ribcap, a kind of soft helmet designed for skiing/ snowboarding. I bought a "Palmer" type Ribcap last year and found it quite comfortable:

Thanks Derek I saw that some where in this forum before
The point I post this is because it look just a regular cap, and they said can put any logo on it. So, we can ask 拉人 to make some with HKSSA logo and give to anyone who joint the tour. for bulk order I think it will be less than HK100 or HK150 because just hard cap cost only HK20.
