help with Japanese email

just used the online booking for the Donan bus (from Sapporo to Niseko; from Niseko to Airport). and they send me an email. i can understand the booking details (therefore not posted here), but my Japanese is not good enough for the notes at the bottom. :confused:

can someone good at Japanese please tell me:
1- do i need to call them to confirm booking?
2- where do i pay and collect the ticket?
