In the Southern hemisphere:
Chile - El Colorado, La Parva, and Ski Arpa are open.
Argentina - Cerro Catedral in Argentina was open briefly, but is now closed.
However, new snow should see the balance of South American resorts opening soon.

Australia - Warmer weather has delayed the opening of many Australian resorts, but both Perisher Blue and Thredbo are up and running.

New Zealand - Coronet Peak and Mt. Lyford are already operating. Others are due to start operation very soon.

In the Northern hemisphere:
North America - Timberline Lodge (Oregon) and Whistler-Blackcomb (B.C.) are the only resorts regularly open. However, Snowbird (Utah), Willamette Pass (Oregon) and Aspen Mountain (Colorado) are open this Friday, Saturday and Sunday through June 15 will be re-opening for Father's Day weekend only.

Europe - the first round of glacier skiing areas have re-opened. Les Deux Alpes (France) and Val Senales (Italy), Passo Tonale has been open for some time, and other areas will be opening in the coming weeks.

The Gassan Ski Resort in JAPAN is up and running. Actually it is a summer ski resort in Japan which normally opens from April to July every year:

The glacier summer skiing area at Tignes reopens this weekend, following on from Les 2 Alpes which kicked off last week. Glacier skiing at Val dIsere is also scheduled to re-open on 28th June.

Tignes' Grande Motte glacier will be open from 7.15am to 1pm daily until 31st August.
Summer skiing in Les 2 Alpes will be available until 30th August.
The Val Senales in Italy opened its glacier last weekend, and lifts are still running on the Presena glacier.
In Austria, the Hintertux, Stubai and Dachstein glaciers, and in Switzerland, Zermatt has some lifts open and Saas Fee will open for summer skiing on 5th July.

In New Zealand, Mt. Hutt is opened.

25cm of fresh snow has fallen at Mt Hutt, 15cm at the top of Coronet Peak and 10cm at the peak of The Remarkables, as wintry storm fronts cross NZ South Island ski areas. The storm that hit the ski areas earlier this week is one of a series expected to bring snow and icy temperatures for the South for the rest of the week.

However, the slopes are still bare of snow in Australia, and bike riding or trekking are more popular than skiing durin the day. Victoria's ski resorts will revert to their summer activity schedules to try to keep youngsters occupied when they descend on the alps once school holidays start next week. The weather bureau is forecasting scattered snow showers later this week, but not enough to open the runs. It has been too warm to make snow this month too. For example, at Falls Creek this month, there have only been three opportunities to produce man-made snow.
