最近在sierrasnowboard.com買了兩條snowboard褲,再經onenow運返香港,但是收貨時,發現袋和褲腳破了,請問我可以怎樣做?向那一個網站追討?請問各師兄有沒有這樣的經驗?謝!

Q: I received a damaged item, what do i do?
A: Please keep all packaging items were shipped in, call 800.401.1751 or email Help@sierrasnowboard.com, and tell us your order number so we can better assist you.
Yes, you should contact Sierra SB to return the damaged piece and claim a new. However, you have to bear the shipping charge for damaged piece from HK to US plus new shipment charge from US to HK via onenow. :(

I contacted sierrasnowboard.com by email at the same day when I found the damage. Now I am still waiting their reply. ForJimmy advise, I feel sad that the price of the damage item is just USD80 after discout. If I have to ship to US and get onenow again of return shipped at my own cost. I guess I can buy one more same. Anyway thanks.
