Normally after March. But I saw some shops display previous season items with discount during season. for current model, you may bargain for 5-10% discount.

Personally, I think it is cheaper to purchase online from eBay unless you want to buy Japanese models. I just bid a 2010 model snowboard, market price in other online stores at $530 but I got it at $360 only + $70 hipping. :D
