武術隊拔尖選將 單板手功夫在身
中國單板滑雪隊是一支成立於2003年的年輕隊伍，大多由「90後」小將組成，其中許多優秀隊員都是從地方體院武術隊中選拔的，身體靈活，動作仍保留覑武術的痕舻，堪稱半支「中國功夫隊」。
曾練過5年武術的劉佳宇在滑雪落地時良好的平衡能力就得益於武術的「站樁」功底，而且有武術訓練協調性、柔韌性作鋪墊，她的騰空動作非常高，已經達到男子的水平，動作間的連接也非常乾凈。
劉佳宇提到，從小就被喜歡武術的奶奶送去習武，差不多刀、槍、劍、戟都摸過了，訓練之餘還會耍段武術來放鬆。
另一勇將孫志鋒亦從98年起在沈陽東陵武術學校習武，被來選人的單板滑雪隊一眼挑中。
組 隊僅5年，劉佳宇和孫志鋒便一飛沖天，連連奪得4個世界盃頭銜，勢頭驚人，被中國人寄予冬奧奪金的厚望，但冬季運動管理中心領導在賽前早已冷靜指出，隊伍 還很年輕，除孫志鋒外都是第一次出征奧運，年僅18歲的劉佳宇雖然一度排名世界第一，但經驗上還不夠老到，更有希望在2014年大放異彩。

I ll say this is very clever to chose athletes with such outstanding Kwun Fu background. :)

That is the main problem of chinese althetes, they may not really like the sport. Unlike traditional sport, Xgame sport should be more lives and creative. Xgame is a kind of life style.

China is like athlete factory, handpicking child with potential and mould them into professional athlete.

Hey no like they haven't got people to choose from but would these athlete treat snowboarding as a lifestyle or as a job?

I think we have to distinguish people having a good time on the slope then those representing their country in WC competition. Besides, China is still poor comparing to the other snowsport country. There are not that many people able to persue the sport to a WC level for the state to choose from.:)
