查看完整版本 : Boa or Lacing?
I've a lacing boots which have been wore for over 10 years. I'm deciding to buy a new pair, wanna ask if I should choose lacing or boa?
For my notice, Boa seems more convenience. Advantage/Disadvantage for both?
Apart from Burton, any better choice of the brand?
:)

That's a good question. Boa provide a tight snug fit. Lancing with a easily tie up inner sole is not that inconvience. So at the end, it's all about your preference and riding style. If you are into free style, avoid the Boa, because you will want a little foot movement.

Willie, are you a really good rider? i dont think so:p
you have 3 choices:
1) traditional lacing which is difficult to adjust the tightness IMO
2) BOA, I had an old pair but not happy with its performance
3) pull-lacing such as Burton speedzone, which is the best IMO

My main gripe or problem with BOA is that after a while, they don't hold their tightness that well. That is, they will loosen (especially after some big turns or stomping landings) although re-adjusting is much easier than laces which makes them a million times better IMO.
FYI - I have DC Judges.
