Does anyone know what kind of knee brace can effectively reduce the risk for knee ACL injury?

Thanks.

try to think simpler. no brace could save the ACL from twisting too badly. That is twisting the tibia from the femur.

I torn my MCL on my knee last year...just don't want same thing happen this year...thus need some precaution to reduce the risk of knee injury.....正是:一朝被蛇咬,十年怕草繩!

Accident is accident. You get injured, you recover - no worry.
