Before using the service from onenow.com, I would like to share my personal experience to our member for reference.

This website, onenow.com, provides 2 services that are "Delivery for me (DfM)" and "Pay for me (PfM)". DfM is to help customer delivering the parcel to the destination whereas PfM is to help customer paying for the amount of purchase and delivering the parcel.

The major reason of using PfM is the seller's website does not accept non-US credit card. So, the onenow.com charges the customer's credit card first, and then places the order to the seller's website on behalf of the customer. Both services I have used.

In my case, DfM was ok but PfM was VERY BAD. Actually, I completed the PfM over 10 days but the seller's website did not ship the merchandise. Then, I sent email to onenow.com for clarification. The customer service replied email to me TWO days later and the overall meaning was DO NOTHING. Although I requested the customer service to call the seller's website, they just sent email.

One day later I still did not receive any response. In that situation, I contacted the seller's website directly via emails. I discussed and arranged the shipment with the seller's website. This process was just 1 day. So, based on my personal experience, I DO NOT recommend this onenow.com to our member. :(

I personally used comgateway and vpost as courrier services before in Singapore (I moved to Hong Kong two months ago) and I had quite the bad experience with them. Reason being, sometimes I get charged as much as the item itself for the shipping, and I find that out after I've used their services. I'm not sure whether or not comgateway and onenow that you guys are talking about, but I've come to use tarazz.com for my equipment.

They're a shopping portal that lets you access to amazon.com for example, and you can pay in HKD and they guarantee shipping to HK. They show the total cost of item + shipping cost upfront on the site, so you don't get screwed in the end. They're having a 100HKD off per 750HKD promo now.:)
