This is extremely good news. I turned to Alpen just because of its much increased price. It is now feasible to make some non-peak season stay in this lovely hotel. :)

If they don't lower their price for non-peak period, they will just price themselves out. ;)

1st & 2nd December might be too early in the season for skiing, even for Hokkaido.

thank you for the advice. no choice, the timing is restricted by the annual leave ;-)
This is my 1st first there, i wish to get the "feel" of Hokkaido snow.:)

Our family plan want to go on 18th ~ 21st Jan, 4 adults & one child (13 yrs), but still not able to find any good accommdation in 'Hirafu' area, as I know most of the hotels are fully booked (except those expensive one). Any chance to have good offer from Hilton Niseko Village during that period? Is that Hirafu area is more popular than Hilton Niseko village?

Is Hilton Hotel close to the ski areas?
What is the rate for 2 rooms (1-double, 1 triple) incl breakfast?
How much is the ski pass cost ?
Can they arrange transportation between hotel and airport as well?

Hilton is a Ski in -out resort.
You can either find out the rate at hilton.com or check with Tonichi Travel.
check Niseko village site for the ski pass rate.
There is shuttle bus service between airport & hotel. Car rental is another option.

For Dec. 19, it is around 20,000 yen for a room, but for Dec. 20, it is 60,000 yen !!
