Yes yes we know it's a fake so no need to state that in the comments, but it's a very impressive piece of CGI (Computer Generated Imagery) don't you think?

This video is only one in a series of at least four which was produced for East Japan Railway and was probably broadcasted as commercials.

Yes and there are lots of those inflatable ostrich hanging everywhere in JR station. I asked for one but they didn't give me. I want to buy one but they are not for sale.
