I dont think there is custom made helmets in the market , unless you are the world class racer sponsored by the helmet co.

Your best option is to buy while you are skiing in big ski resorts as they have much wider selection of brands. My friend also has a "difficult" head and he found this helmet fits very well. The construction of the helmet has micro adjustment of fitness just like bike helmet. I used the same one.
