As you have found out, the screws for your bindings are not "Philips" screws (NOT 十字螺絲) , you should not use Philips or nomal screwdriver, you need & use a #3 Pozidriv.

Now that the screws are damaged, I don't know what you can do, might be you have to drill it out and use "helicoil" to repair it. Good luck.

:wall:

Skis (not talking about skis with rails) are not like snowboard, they do not have cast-in inserts for screwing in the bindings. All holes have to be drilled.

Once you mounted the bindings onto the skis, normally you do NOT take them off.

Because of the materials used in maufacturing the skis and they do not have metal inserts for screws like the snowboard, if you need to re-mount the bindings using the same holes, you have to plug the holes first and then re-drill.

The screws come with the bindings, they are quite special, it is difficult to buy the screws separately.

When you re-mount your bindings on your SNOWBOARD, don't over-tighten the screws. If you over-tighten them by a lot or you are getting them cross threaded, you will strip-out the insert screws. The way to tighten a binding down is to rotate your tightening sequence much like when you change a tire. Snug them all down, then tighten in a pattern, progressively tightening each one. If you tighten down on one then go to the next, it can cause you to over-tighten.

Snowboard bindings do not need to be torqued down like a cylinder head bolt. just hand tight is all it takes and use a thin coating of the BLUE Locktite (not the red one) to prevent any loosening.
