Software developer EuroSmartz has developed an application to enable iPhone users to track and replay their ski runs, view them on a Google map, record speed and altitude, and more.

"SnowTrails will enable skiers and snowboarders to record all sorts of information about each of their runs," says Product Development Director at EuroSmartz. "They will be able to see what speed they are doing, what G force they pulled, altitude readings, jump airtime and much more. SnowTrails also has the unique ability to playback runs in real time or double time so skiers and snowboarders can compare runs and show their friends what route they took and top speed they hit, as well as how many G's they pulled!"

Units may be displayed in both miles and kilometers per hour, and preferences may be switched between ski and snowboard. Users can save and name each run for playback and comparison. The application is available for download from the iTunes App Store and costs USD $1.99, GBP £1.19 or EURO €1.59.
