I will be going to 二世古 on 2/18 and will stay there for 2 nights with my parents. Which hotel will you guys recommended? My travel agent suggests Hilton, but I found that there are not much activities for non-skier (i.e. my parents). So any suggestions? Please help. Thanks.

Hi -
Niseko has several 'districts' - Annupuri, Higashiyama, and Hirafu. Hilton is located in Higashiyama but Hirafu is where the action is. The other districts are pretty quiet, especially during the evening hours.
Having said that, Hilton appears to be one of the best hotels in Niseko, so you will probably be well-entertatined just by using the hotel facilities. In addition you can probably bring your parents to Hirafu each day after you are back from the slopes.
BTW, I won't be going until the end of this month so the information may not be 100% accurate... but I have done quite a bit of research so I thought I'd share my info with you.
Oh yea, if you choose to stay in Hilton, there are no other activities except the hotel facilities itself. But in Hirafu, lots of small Japanses restaurants, bars, ramen, and yaki shops. You may use the shuttle bus from Higashiyama to Hirafu, but for your parents... well, what can they do when you are enjoying skiing???:confused::confused:
If they cannot speak Japanses and don't have a car, what they can do are pretty limited, maybe go to onsen or Kutchan. :o
Thank you both for your comments/suggestions.
Yes, what my parents can do when i am skiing is my main problem...
I think i will stay at the hotel area for the skiing and will take my parents to Hirafu for food.
But anyways, about the slopes in the Higashiyama area, are they good enough and easy enough for a beginner?

Hisgashiyama area is not a very big area. I always find that the intermediate run is much easier as the green run is pretty narrow for a novice beginner. :)

Oh! Btw, there is a free shuttle running between Hirafu and Annipuri. Annipuri has a much better green run for beginner and it is not croweded at all. (from the bottom up to where the gondola stops, the top bit is intermediate if I am not wrong)
Have Fun
I just came back from Niseko around xmas. I went to Annupuri and Niseko village. But I think Annupuri is better for beginner level, as it is wider and not much people out there. The beginner slope in niseko village is too flat and the chairlift is very slow. Thus it is only better for 1st time skier.
